General returns policy
We always endeavor to supply you with the best products available. If you receive an item that is faulty, we will gladly replace it free of charge under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You must notify us and initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Photo Evidence Required: You must provide clear photographic proof of the fault when contacting us.
- Return Process: The faulty item must be received back from you before a replacement can be issued.
- Return Costs: The buyer is responsible for paying all return postage and handling fees.
- Exclusions: Please note that postal damage incurred during transit is strictly excluded from this policy.
- Processing Time: Your replacement item will be shipped out within 7 days after we receive your returned item.
How to initiate a return

Once your return is received and processed, we will send out your new replacement item (or an item of equal value).
